Step by step we are moving towards shariah. No one but no one will be able to stop it and that thing is certain to happen. If I ever live that long I just wanted myself to be proud for doing or trying to do my best for this cause. Hope I didn''t do anything wrong for myself and especially for other people for the whole time. Remember that Allah is the only truth.

You should understand that you can't change a person. If he/she is selfish, you're not going to be able to make that person un-selfish. So, how do you deal with that person? Stop helping him/her. If that person wants to know why, you can explain how you feel about this friend's attitude. I mean, the friend can work on improving/changing, but the key thing is to stop helping and stop being taken advantage of.
