Chapter Four
If a man wants to leave you, wave goodbye and lock the doors. You've got better things to do than chase a lost cause.

Chapter 6
All housing needs to achieve four objectives in order to be successful: I. It needs to be socially and culturally valid. (Here traditional housing possibly works best.) 2. It should be sufficiently economical to ensure that the greatest number can afford it. (In primitive and vernacular contexts most, if not all, people have houses.) 3. It should ensure the maintenance of the health of the occupants. (In relation to climate traditional housing succeeds, in relation to sanitation and parasites it usually fails.) 4. There should be a minimum of maintenance over the life of the building. (Here the evidence is equivocal.)

Şimdiye kadarki en sevdiğim Watchmen bölümü oldu. Jon karakterinin geçmişi hakkında bilgi edindik. Çok güzeldi. It's my favorite Watchmen chapter ever. We've learned about Jon's past. It was beautiful.

Chapter Twenty-Four
“Sit, Khải, you look bad.” She directed him to a stone bench that overlooked the water. He sat, and she brushed the hair from his clammy forehead with cool, soft fingers. “You need water.” When she tried to pull away, he wrapped his arms around her waist and held her close. “Don’t go.” “Okay,” she said, and she urged him to rest his cheek

For about four-fifths of the time included in the 30 years of gold-standard history reviewed in this chapter, most of the world was on a paper-money standard. The only two important nations that stand as exceptions to this statement are China, in which the silver standard ruled for about two-thirds of the time and the paper-money standard for the other third, and the United States, in which the gold standard prevailed for about 90 per cent of the time.

Chapter Twenty-Four
“But for the life of me, I don’t want to run away from him, if anything the need to be close to him is all I can ever think about.” Mera smiles and nods her head. “This life…his life, it isn’t easy, and the likelihood is, it never will be.” “Do you think I’m crazy? For wanting this? Wanting to be with him?” I search her cornflower blue eyes for any signs of worry over my decisions, but I get none. “No, Sophia. I don’t think you’re crazy. You’re human.”
