Kitabda irqçilik də bəzəksiz, olduğu kimi ələ alınıb və yazıçı sanki qərarı özümüz verək deyə bizə suallar verir. Ümumi olaraq kitabdan bilmədiyim çox yeni şeylər öyrəndim. Ötürdüyü hisslər də çox real idi.
Mənfi rəyim: Müasir yazıçılıq sanki fərqli üslubdadır. Yəni əgər sənin mövzun müasir problemləri ələ alırsa artıq kitabın çox satan olur. Onun nə qədər yaxşı yazıldığının bir önəmi qalmır. Altını xəttlədiyim ifadə, üstündə uzun düşündüyüm mənalar, bir ağırlıq artıq yoxdur. Sadə, düz, açıq.
Başda kitab mənə çox söz yığını kimi gəldi. Baş rolun bütüünn düşüncələri uzun-uzadı qeyd olunub. Sanki kitabın “draft” versiyasını nəşr ediblər. Sonlara doğru məqsədin elə bu olduğunu anlayırsan.
pazarlama yaparken junji itonun adını anmıșlar diye güzel bir şey bekledim. ama yok. listesinde olan varsa çıkarsın. korku desen değil gerilim desen değil belki ucundan body horror bulursunuz. karakterlerin bir kişiliği yok sadece agnes in mental fantezilerini okuyoruz. neden o mental fantazileri var onu da bilmiyoruz. zoe var mı yok mu belli değil işler ciddiye binince siktir olup gidiyo zaten. draft kalsaydı daha iyiydi. hadi problematik toksik bir tema işlemeye karar verdin bunu neden yarım bırakırsın. biraz daha kurcalansa daha iyi bir kitap olabilirdi ama anlatım da karakterler de yarım yamalak
Unfinished Project
This is the last book written by Dazai just before his death. A few months ago, I started to read some popular Japanese literature books and realized that I really liked them. As a result of this satisfaction, I went online and checked out who Dazai was in detail. And I finally found this unfinished draft with English translation. Japanese literature is worth discovering, but not this one though.

THE SATIRIC FEATURES OF ALEXANDER POPE'S POEM THE RAPE OF LOCKEdebiyat
Alexander Pope's poem The Rape of the Lock is a critique of the idiosyncrasies and foibles of English aristocratic society. Pope uses wit, sarcasm and irony to convey his moral message. Pope depicts the false tone of the time and the frivolity of women, whilst acting sympathetically as the voice of his generation. The play is a social satire in that it pokes fun at society in a way that can still be applied in the modern day. The satire is not aimed at one individual, but at the faults and vanities of fashionable men and women at large.
Pope's poem The Rape of the Lock was based on a real-life incident between two people, told to him by his friend John Caryll. The Baron was the suitor of Arabella Fermor, Lord Petre, and Belinda was her. Arabella was furious, and the two families began to denigrate and ignore each other, until Pope wrote the poem to make light of the tragedy and to bring them back together again. Pope's memory of the joyful conclusion of the poem evolves with the times. Pope immediately wrote the first draft of the poem, which he then shared with the family for some time. This version was published unnamed in 1712 and was much briefer than the most commonly read version. Things got more difficult at this point. The sensual implications and multiple meanings of Pope's poem became more apparent as more people read the printed version, and Arabella Fermor was mortified when her friends began to point out the crude humour. The real Sir Plume of the poem, Sir Charles Brown, took offence at being called a fool. Pope transformed the basic story into a fantastical setting by including sylphs and nymphs. In order to appease Arabella Fermor, Pope wrote a dedication to the poem. Poem became a success and has been the subject of praise, criticism and debate ever
The Fatal Eggs is a science-fiction novella by Mikhail Bulgakov, a Soviet novelist and playwright whose most famous work is The Master and Margarita. It was written in 1924 and first published in 1925. The book became quite popular, but was much criticized by some Soviet critics as a satire of the Russian Revolution of 1917 and the leadership of Soviet Russia.
The Fatal Eggs can be described as a science fiction novel. Its main protagonist is an aging zoologist, Vladimir Ipat'evich Persikov, a specialist in amphibians. The narration begins in Moscow of 1928, which seems to have overcome the destructive effects of the Russian Civil War and is quite prosperous. After a long period of degradation, research at the Zoological Institute has revived. After leaving his microscope for several hours, Persikov suddenly noticed that the out-of-focus microscope produced a ray of red light; amoeba left under that light showed an impossibly increased rate of binary fission, reproducing at enormous speeds and demonstrating unusual aggression.
Later experiments with large cameras, to produce a larger ray, confirmed that the same increased speed of reproduction applied to other organisms, such as frogs, which evolved and produced a next generation within two days. Persikov's invention quickly becomes known to journalists, and eventually to foreign spies and to the GPU, the Soviet secret service. At the same time, the country is affected by an unknown disease in domesticated poultry, which results in a complete extinction of all chickens in the Soviet Russia, with the plague stopping at the borders of the country.

2020 Ocak ayı içerisinde kaybettiğimiz Kobe Bean Bryant namı diğer Black Manba'nın biyografisi olan kitap çok kapsamlı bir şekilde yazılmış.
600+ sayfa ve büyük boy ebatı ile sporcu biyografilerindeki en kapsamlı eserlerden biri kesinlikle. Öyle ki ilk yüz sayfasında Kobe ortada yok ve babasının hayatı işleniyor. Babası, annesi ve hatta dedesi derken başlarda biraz sıkıyor kitap.
Daha sonra Kobe'nin İtalya'daki çocukluğu ve ilk gençlik yılları, sonrasında Amerika'ya dönüş ve memleketi Philadelphia'daki lise basketbol efsanesine dönüşmesi anlatılıyor. Lisede dikkatleri üstünde toplaması ile Adidas ile olan sponsorluk anlaşması, üniversitede basketbol oynamadan liseden direk NBA'ye geçişi ve sonrasında 20 yıllık efsanevi NBA kariyeri.
Draft dönemi, ilk yılları, Shaq ve Koç Phil Jackson ile olan çekişmeleri, three-peat şampiyonluk, yükseliş ve düşüşler, ikinci şampiyonluk dönemleri, efsane 81 sayılık maçı, efsane final maçı gibi anlara tanıklık ediyoruz. Kobe'nin yaşamı, karakteri, insanlarla olan ilişkileri, hayatında yer alan ve bir şekilde etki etmiş tüm kişiler ve olaylar detaylı bir şekilde işlenmiş. Bu bakımdan çok başarılı bir kitap. Özellikle Kobe'nin ortada olmadığı ilk kısım atlandıktan sonra keyifli bir şekilde olunuyor.
Kitabın orijinal ismi "Showboat - The Life of Kobe Bryant / Gösteriş Meraklısı - Kobe Bryant'ın Hayatı " iken, Martı yayınları kitabı "Kazanmaya Odaklı Bir Karakter" alt başlığı ile yayınlamış. Orijinal başlık biraz itici kaçar diye düşünmüş olmalılar ama kitaba neden bu ismin verildiğini hem kitabın önsözünde hem de Kobe'nin hayatını okurken anlıyoruz.
Ayrıca kitapta yer alan dip notlar özellikle baş kısımlarda biraz gereksiz gözüktü bana: NBA, All-star, MVP, pivot, play-off, ribaunt, hızlı hücum, forvet gibi bu kitabın hedef okuyucu
