Not worth it!
1/5 Star (%15/100) Exactly what I was expecting and this sucks hard. I know I said I didn't have any hopes for the ending but this is worse than I expected. The author combined all cliche shounen elements into one volume: the power of friendship, the characters appearing out of nowhere to save the day, talk no jutsu, an overpowered protagonist who is saved by the plot armor all the time (Alibaba), happy ending that makes no sense and couple others. I really liked the anime (both Magi and Sinbad no Bouken) and also the first couple of chapters of the manga. The last couple of volumes were total mess. It was total chaos with no one understanding what is going on. I am very sad how this series turned out because I really liked it in the beginning. Well, now I don't want people to animate the series. I can remember the good scenes in the anime and that's it. 37 volume series is considered long and I probably would not suggest to anyone. If you are still curious go watch the anime and don't touch the manga. I am surprised to say this but it is the truth. People who give 4 or 5 stars to last couple of chapters must have read something entirely different! I'm very disappointed Magi!

I'd seen her playing her cello a couple of times but nothing had really registered. I mean she was cute and all, but, not exactly my type. She was a classical musician. I was a Rock guy. Oil and water and all that.

4/5 Stars (%79/100) Pretty good in general. I consider this volume very philosophical as it deals with many problems that humans suffered and continue to suffer for many years. For example, would you kill 100 people to save 10,000 others? It all comes to down experience, morals and ethics. This is what this book and Magi in general tries to answer. And this is exactly why Sinbad is both right and wrong. The world has changed once again and our heroes try to save it or at least that's what they believe. I also started to like Judar a lot. He has grown so much over the past years same with Hakuryuu, Aladdin and Alibaba. I can guess the ending of the series but we'll see if I'm right or wrong.
