"We're not manual workers, we've made it, we've got our own business, built it up ourselves, we started out with nothing!" I half believed them. Then the wool dropped from my eyes. I heard them kowtowing to "important" people, the lawyer, the optician, contemptible. If anyone like that says anything, that's it, they shut up. They haven't a clue how to address people like that, when to sit down or stand up.
They have nothing to say to me, there's nothing there that corresponds to how I'm feeling now, nothing to help me with what I'm going through.
