İkinci şiir kitabım Çığlıkta Arşe bugün Mahal Edebiyat etiketiyle ön satışa çıktı. Şiir yolculuğuma ilk gençlik şiirlerimden oluşan Sadak’la başlamıştım. Aradığım sesin izini sürerken o yoldan hayli uzaklaştım. Teşekküre de varış noktamdan başlamak istiyorum. Bana “Başlaman gereken yer tam da bu nokta Gönül,” diyen değerli hocam Altay Öktem’e, fikir ve eleştirisine çokça ihtiyaç duyduğum Turhan Yıldırım’a, yayına hazırlık süreci boyunca Çığlıkta Arşe’yi kendi kitabı gibi sahiplenen Yiğit Kerim Arslan’a, kapak deseni için kapısını çaldığımda dünyanın bin derdi arasında beni onurlandıran Ressam Çetin Yılmaz’a, tasarımıyla ona son yüzünü giydiren Sertaç Altuntepe’ye, Çığlıkta Arşe’yi benden alıp sizlere ulaştıran, ona can veren Mahal Yayınları’na teşekkür ediyorum. Threnody in Othello's Ruined Tower
Our life is short, our art in vain, both they
Shall be one day with Ur, and buried clay.
Othello proud, now in decay, lays bare
Man's vanity, the Earth's protecting care;
With prostrate Salamis, they witness bear
Of trials and Time's crushing force and wear,
Where mopish owls hunt with defiant air,
And spiders weave their webs, in ruins there.
Some soon, some late, regardless of emotion
Inherit thus we must Earth's fatal potion.
Events like these are specks on Time's vast course,
Still, waves will break on reefs with ceaseless force;
For buds are cut, their fragrance still unknown,
And figs are picked when ripe, and fully grown;
When sounds Fate's final clarion-note of call,
The actors cease to play their destined role;
Some cheered, some grieved, at this prepost'rous play,
The crowd deceived retire; thus ends the day.

I wrapped my broken emotions in lines of poetry
Fought against the cold wind of your absence
Challenged loneliness at night
Searching for you in the light of dawn
I wandered the streets like a lost soul
Searching for you as I danced with shadows
But I lost myself, couldn't find you
Now facing loneliness, there's a storm within me
