It was then that the fox appeared. “Good morning,” said the fox. “Good morning,” the little prince responded politely, although when he turned around he saw nothing. “I am right here,” the voice said, “under the apple tree.” “Who are you?” asked the little prince, and added, “You are very pretty to look at.” “I am a fox,” the

That you're alone on this Earth. When I was 23 years old, I graduated college, worked for my father for about a year and then packed up my car and moved roughly 1,000 miles away from Chicago to Boston. I had never visited Boston before. I was going to move in with a friend of mine, try to find a job and ultimately build a life for

“It’s just a story. Stories have to end sometime. Hell, did you watch The Sopranos? Sometimes stories just stop. Shit just goes black. Wham, bam, over. No more, nothing left, the end.” She makes a face. “That sucks.” “Yeah, well, life sucks, Scarlet,” I say. “You know that as well as anyone. Sometimes beasts are just fucking beasts, no matter how much you love them, Belle. It’s a fact. I’ve seen love bring a monster back to life before, but most of the time, the monster just loves you to death.” “A white picket fence,” I say, something clicking after a moment. That’s what she said outside. You’ve got a white picket fence. “Is that what you want? To be proven wrong? For some happily ever after to come along and sweep you off your feet? Take you away from this bullshit life and give you your picket fence?” “You’re an asshole, Lorenzo.” “That doesn’t sound like a denial.” “Is it so wrong to want to be happy?” “Is that what makes you happy? Really?” She noncommittally shrugs a shoulder. “Well, if it is, you’re barking up the wrong tree,” I say, “because I can’t give you that. Don’t let the fence out there fool you. Around here, it’s just a fence. It came with a house that I bought because my brother liked it. Nothing more. But what I can offer, Scarlet, is to stand in your corner. You and I, we can be the best of friends, but don’t expect to find your fairy tale under my roof. You got me?” She stares me down.

THE REMINDER OF THE THING YOU SAID YOU’D DO
Try and remember what you said you’d do and why you said you’d do it. Forget what you think other people want the thing you said you’d do to be. The thing you said you’d do should only be what you want the thing you said you’d do to be. If the thing you said you’d do makes other people happy, that’s great but don’t say things or do things just to make them happy. Find new ways to do the thing you said you’d do that don’t change the meaning of what you said you’d do. Have the purest of intentions for what you said you’d do and do it bravely. If the thing you said you’d do becomes successful, continue to act and think like it is unsuccessful, otherwise you’ll spend your time worrying that it might become unsuccessful. If you said you’d involve people in the thing you said you’d do, listen to them when they say what they think you should do. If you said you’d do the thing you said you’d do alone, then go boldly into the wilderness and may your own soul be company enough, while you do the thing you said you’d do. Do right by the thing you said you’d do. Tend to it and love it. By trying to remember what you said you’d do and the reason why you said you’d do it.

“It’s hard, isn’t it? And if it’s not hard, then it makes you feel guilty.” Parker cocked her head to the side. “What do you mean?” “The pain. The grief. For the first few days after someone dies, it feels like you’ll never smile or laugh again. Then something or someone happens, and it brings a smile to your face or a laugh escapes, and it feels so amazing … until you realize you’re doing it, and …” “And the grief rushes back in to steal it, or the guilt just …” “Oh the guilt…” Levi pushed a long breath out his nose “…it’s the worst. As if the grief isn’t enough, guilt sits on your conscience asking you, ‘What the hell are you so happy about?’ But I think we should rebel. What do you think?” “Rebel?” Levi sat up straight. “Let’s smile. Not the guilty, courteous one that we’ve been sharing with everyone else today. The kind that physically hurts your face after a few seconds. The kind that will leave all the muscles in our faces sore for the next hour. It will be our little secret.”

The most effective learning method is making mistake. When we make mistake, we learn what we should do the next time. Our existence is belonging with failure. There is a famous saying: "A good scare is worth more than good advice" We are too young. Making mistakes is a normal part of our life but learning from them is what makes the difference. To make peace with your failure and be happy, you need to learn how to heal your soul.
The love that makes me happy is the love that I can share with you. Why do I need to deny that I love you? It is not important if you love me back. I may die tomorrow or you may die tomorrow. What makes me happy now is to let you know how much I love you.

I love the new interpretations of books or movies. This is why I love Marissa Meyer and her imagination on showing us her adjustments on classics. By classics I mean the princesses and in this one the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. I believe I would love this book if I have read the original books first. I've tried to visualize
