The age we live in is obsessively focused on success. We seem to be caught up in an irresistible current of populism that ignores human nature and treats us as artificial intelligence.
We go through strange times where we blame ourselves for not being able to stay in the current without drowning and never feel enough and complete.
However, the outcomes of none of our lives are in our own hands. We are only responsible for writing a beautiful life story. The will to erase our mistakes with our eraser and write new things on top of them is what makes us beautiful as humans.

... there is no reason to assume that artificial intelligence will gain consciousness, because intelligence and consciousness are very different things. Intelligence is the ability to solve problems. Consciousness is the ability to feel things such as pain, joy, love and anger. We tend to confuse the two because in humans and other mammals intelligence goes hand in hand. with consciousness. Mammals solve most problems by feeling things. Computers, however, solve problems in a very different way.
There are simply several different paths leading to high intelligence, and only some of these paths involve gaining consciousness. Just as aeroplanes fly faster than birds without ever developing feathers, so computers may come to solve problems much better than mammals without ever developing feelings.
