Linda Pastan, Yahudi kökenli Amerikalı bir şairdi. 1991'den 1995'e kadar Maryland şairi oldu. Aile hayatı, ev hayatı, annelik, kadın deneyimi, yaşlanma, ölüm, kayıp ve kaybetme korkusu gibi konuların yanı sıra hayatın ve ilişkilerin kırılganlığını ele alan kısa şiirler yazmasıyla tanınıyordu.
