What devils are these who look like you and talk like you, who wear the same dress, eat the same food, and who hound you like dogs? Are these not the worst enemies a man can have? The others I can find excuses for, but for one's own kind I can find no excuse whatever.

The Treatment of Laziness and Frustration Dr. Omar Abdul Kafi said that one day he was giving a Friday sermon in one of the Masjid. After the prayer a man who had a long hair and a long beard came to him. Surprisingly it showed that he did not care about himself at all. He told Dr Omar: "I am very lazy, with a lot of sleep. I hardly wake up,
If we have a habit of judging people from a simplistic perspective, that perspective will eventually turn against ourselves. But it’s also all right to be angry once in a while. For example, think of a person you admire and imagine what they would do in such a situation. Wouldn’t they be angry as well? They’d find this situation intolerable, too, wouldn’t they? If the answer is yes, then allow yourself to be angry. I think you tend to focus too much on your ideals and pressure yourself by thinking, I have to be this kind of person! Even when those ideals are, in fact, taken from someone else and not from your own thoughts and experiences.

Do you know what it feels like? Your whole life you are compelled to prove that you are able to take care of yourself. To prove that you can shit, eat, fuck, drink, bleed, earn money.. Do whatever it takes to survive, until you die.
“I live a lie. It’s a far cry from hiding parts.” “I’ll let you in on a secret.” She looks me in the eyes as she speaks in a hoarse whisper. “We all live lies. Some are just better at disguising them. Others hide and never acknowledge them, instead flinching at shadows looming in the corners because they know what lurks there. You’re aware of what you’re doing. You consciously embrace your secrets, becoming one with the issues haunting you.” “You wouldn’t understand,” I groan. “You’re right. I wouldn’t. But it doesn’t mean I can’t empathize and feel for you. Life is about learning to share the burden of your problems with others. It might feel all good and dandy now to hide, but secrets have a way of getting to us all. And sometimes the greatest lies aren’t the ones we tell ourselves; they’re the ones we believe time and time again despite all the evidence proving us wrong. So share your secrets or keep them inside. The choice is yours. But just know that shit will eat away at you until you’re shrinking at your own shadow too.”

A weak old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and a four-year old grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was bad. The family ate together at the table. But the grandfather's shaky hands and bad sight made eating difficult. When he took a glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became annoyed with him. So they set a small table in the corner. There, grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner. After grandfather broke a dish, his food was served in a wooden bowl! One evening the father noticed his little son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweedly, "What are you making?" The boy answered, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up." The respons so struck the parents that they were speechless. That evening the old man's son took his hand and gently led him back to the family table. For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family.
The Long Goodbye😰 My heart is Heavy..Alzeihmer’s!!! One of the hardest things to process is the slow change in the one you love. Becoming a completely different person. Everything changes. Just so you know...😢 It’s called the long goodbye. Rapidly shrinking brain is how a doctor described it. As the patient's brain slowly dies, they change physically and eventually forget who their loved ones are and become less themselves. Patients can eventually become bedridden, unable to move and unable to eat or drink or talk to their loved ones. There will be people who will scroll by this message because Dementia or Alzheimer's has not touched them. They may not know what it's like to have a loved one who has fought or is fighting a battle against Dementia or Alzheimer's. In an effort to raise awareness of this cruel disease, I would like to see at least 5 of my friends put this on their timeline. I'll settle for at least 1. Silvia Cubas
If you are motivated enough, you will find a way to make sure you get in your training sessions, no matter what... One of the most common complaints I hear is from people who say they just can't find the time to get in their workouts. Some are young bodybuilders who are in school or have jobs that make scheduling workouts difficult. "I
"But don't death and lying make you uncomfortable?" "They do. But, if I were to lose these memories..." She glanced into the air, and Kaladin traced her movements, noting a pair of windspren darting through the sky on a gusting breeze, uncaring and free. "Scared to go onward," Kaladin said, "but terrified to go back to what you were." She nodded. "I know how you feel," he said. "Come on. I need to eat, and there are some things I want to pick up after lunch."

A healthy perspective on food
Everyone has an idea about which food is "bad" or "good". I could not decide which food is good or at least I do not understand why this is so. To understand all that complexity, I started reading the book. In the first instance, it showed me that weight control was the first step in order to be healthy. Obesity can lead to many problems such as heart disease, hypertension etc. Later, I learned the truth behind notorious fats and their classification in terms of their effects on health. By time; subjects as better carbohydrates, healthier sources of protein, surprising news about fruits and vegetables, vitamin requirement continue to amaze me. At the end, there are nearly sixty recipes dedicated to people who wants to change their diets towards healthy eating. Secondly, I learned lots of information thanks to the book. I started to change my diet because I sincerely believe that we are what we eat. If you are someone who wants to learn healthy diet, this book must be your first step. Thirdly, author of this book is a professor of epidemiology and nutrition at Harvard Medical School. So, he explains the foods with experiments and proofs. That science way, makes you trust his words and appreciate his efforts to inform others. Last but not least, we should follow this book's guidance or keep in mind what's healthy and why is this so.

The ten rules of ikigai
We’ll conclude this journey with ten rules we’ve distilled from the wisdom of the long-living residents of Ogimi: 1. Stay active; don’t retire. Those who give up the things they love doing and do well lose their purpose in life. That’s why it’s so important to keep doing things of value, making progress, bringing beauty or utility to others,
It was then that the fox appeared. “Good morning,” said the fox. “Good morning,” the little prince responded politely, although when he turned around he saw nothing. “I am right here,” the voice said, “under the apple tree.” “Who are you?” asked the little prince, and added, “You are very pretty to look at.” “I am a fox,” the
Understanding how the limbic system’s freeze, flight, and fight responses influence nonverbal behavior is only part of the equation. As you study nonverbal behavior, you will discover that whenever there is a limbic response—especially to a negative or threatening experience—it will be followed by what I call pacifying behaviors (Navarro, 2007,
