I have finished this book now. It was so good book. While I was reading this book, I felt like I was watching movie. Because all of things in the book are described very well. But the content of the book did not make me surprised. Because when I was a teenager, I used to watch fantastic movies and series. Like I said before it reminded me of “the vampire diaries” series. Because all characters in the book have a diary. And if you read this book, you will be able to know all of things due to their diaries. I did not like one thing about the book. Namely, the book did not show us how Jonathan Harker got rid of Count Dracula. Maybe the original version of this book has showed us. But I don’t know exactly this. Because I have read stage 4 version of this book.

In fact, something common in the Throne family is that not all of them see and accept what is real in a way. Everyone knows that Mary uses morphine, but nobody does anything for her, everyone knows Edmund is sick but they don’t give enough attention to him or any effort. Everyone knows that Jamie is failing on his carieer, but nobody gives reason to be better. Everyone knows that Mr. Throne is stingy and that his wife needs love, but nobody tells him that he should do more. Everyone blames each other and nobody comes up with solutions, which kills the family's need to "feel family". Nobody feels like home because nobody helps each other. The most important feature of a family concept is to keep the family together, to help and support each other's problems. Like the organs of a body, the purpose is to keep the heart of family alive. But none of these features are found in the Throne family. They are the family which dies due to their past tragedies and does not try to breathe, and constantly blame on each other. Because actually the tragedy of someone in the family is the tragedy of everyone in the family. If you are a character who does not support to heal this tragedy, then it means you also are dying with your family in that tragedy.

İngilizce bir hikaye kitabı: The Face On The Screen and The Other Stories Çeşitli hikayelerden oluşan ve Longman'in imzasını taşıyan, yalın dile sahip bu hikayeleri okumaktan zevk aldım. Normalde, İngilizce'yi geliştirmek için yazılan kitaplarda üsluba ve olumsuz içeriklere dikkat edilir ama bu kitapta öyle bir durum yoktu. Hikayeleri genel

Finally I could finish this book today. Why could not I finish this book early? Because I did not wanna break up with Black Beauty I’m serious. That’s why I did not read too much in one day. Anyway. I have never read a book like this in English language. Oh my gosh, I don’t know how I can explain my feelings about this book. Firstly, I wanna say thanks to Anna Sewell. Because she has written excellent book! I could take every feeling from this book. if you are a bookworm, then you will able to understand what I’m saying. My point of view to horses had changed by Anna Sewell. She could make me angry, happy, cry due to her book. I could know about cruelty which some people did to horses. I could not believe in my eyes when I read these parts. But even so the end of this book was so good. And I’ll never forget Black Beauty. He will be in my heart forever.

To leon werth when he was a little boy
(The little prince is both for children due to its illustrations and imaginative fairy-tale quality and for adults due to its several observations about life and human nature. The story tries to find out the secret to what is really important in life an urges us to read at many different.)

In this story, there are Marxist theory and also feminism are included: The lady’s unchosen scenarios that she has been forced to go through, the oppression by men and social perception towards women, were not equal with men at all. In my own opinion, i do believe that Jeanne gives the fake necklace to Matilde on purpose. Imagine, in a such period that social class differences are at top of the world living, and everybody has prejudices over people due to this issue, you can not really trust a lower class member. Not because you’d have a legit reason for not to but because the cultural perception wants you to think that way. So, thinking about Jeanne, a high class member, who is not even aware of Matilde’s absent for 10 years; does it make a sense that she would trust her and share her precious jewelry? We know that is not possible when you think about this deeply. I think she gives fake jewelry to make fun of her and to humiliate her even more. Because high social members are people who know and are aware of what is and is not fake, so she knew that Matilde was going around the party wearing a fake necklace and everybody will notice it. The attention on her wasn’t because of she was so beautiful and such. It was because they were humilating her with their gaze. Poor Matilde. Social class differences are like the pen of our destiny. The author how beautifully and exactly tells that difficult period was a chaos that continuing in ignorance; Marxism resists against oppressed weak, poor objectification, alienation, otherness, control and uncontrol classes, majority, unspoken truth, and hegemony . As known as the author usually uses realism ideologies on his works it is no surprise!
